Microsoft Office Outlook is an extensively used email managing application. Although, it is mostly used as just an emailing tool, but it includes many other elements also like calendar, tasks, contacts, notes, journals etc. MS Outlook can either be used as a stand-alone application, or can be conjugated with Microsoft Exchange Server, when used in a multi-user environment. 

How to Open a PST File?

In case, you want to open PST file, the first important thing you need to see is that Microsoft Outlook is installed on your machine where you want to open that PST file. In Microsoft Windows, Outlook comes bundled. To activate it, follow the steps written underneath:

1. First, install MS Office on your system
2. Then, Go on Start menu
3. Locate Outlook icon in the pop-up menu

   Locate the Outlook icon on your desktop
